Subramaniam, a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, will step into the leadership role to steer the company’s strategic direction, the company said in an exchange filing.
Ganapathy retired as the Tata Consultancy Services’ Chief Operating Officer in May, 2024. The company had announced his retirement in a stock exchange filing. TCS first revealed Subramaniam’s retirement during the company’s earnings call for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2023-24. The retirement was further confirmed in a stock exchange filing on May 19.
